Will I (the customer) receive free samples?

We currently offer a choice of deluxe sample with every order over $50. We also occasionally run special promotions that may allow you to choose more than one sample. Should you have a special request, please contact our Customer Service Department at or (888) 367-1319.

Am I able to change my online order?

Once you receive an order confirmation, it means that your order is already being processed and cannot be changed. In order to cancel, please contact our Customer Service Department at or (888) 367-1319.

What is your return policy?

To return/exchange a purchase within 30 days of purchase: Please contact our Customer Service Department at or (888) 367-1319. Returns are only accepted for products that are in new or gently used condition. Upon customer service approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Refunds and exchanges are subject to company approval.

The item arrived damaged, what should I do?

When your Kevyn order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at or (888) 367-1319. Please provide your order number along with your email address for the fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us. Refunds and exchanges are subject to company approval.

When and how will my order ship? Do you ship internationally?

Your order will deliver within 5-7 business days. Are your products latex free?

Yes, our products are latex free.

Are any of your products formulated for teenage or younger skin?

All of our products can be used on any skin type.

What is the safest way to remove your products?

Any makeup remover that works with your skin will be best to remove our products. Oil-based removers will remove oil-based and waterproof products with the most ease.

Do your products contain parabens? If so, why?

Very few of our products contain parabens. Parabens preserve the product and extend the longevity of use.

Is there a taste or smell to the lip products?

Yes, our lip products have a fig flavor, natural oils and mango butter to hydrate and condition your lips.

Do you sell the red replacement pads for the eyelash curler?

One replacement pad comes with The Eyelash Curler. Once the second pad has lived its full life, we recommend purchasing a new eyelash curler to ensure optimal product performance. We do not sell the red pads separately.

Where can Pro Artists receive their discount?

Pro Artists first need to submit an application under the Pro Only tab of our website. Once approved, you can receive your discount online. This discount on Kevyn Aucoin products only works on our website and not in store. Please note that as Pro Artist accounts already enjoy 40% on all products unless otherwise specified, they are not qualified to enjoy any other discounts such as promo discount code, etc.

How do I place my order?

You need to sign in with your user name and password in order to receive the 40% discount for Pro Artists.To be a Pro Artist account, you need to submit your application on Pro Only.

When is the discount applied?

All prices on the site are discounted prices once you login.  Your discount will also be applied at checkout.

Am I eligible for any promotions?/Why did not I get the Gifts/Samples/Discounts as your site stated for promotion if there is any?

Unless otherwise specified, all promotions/sale running on our site are for average customers, not for Pro Artists, as Pro Artists already enjoy considerable discounts on every order.

I'm ordering from outside the United States. How do I check out?

Only orders to address within the United States can be completed online.  In order to place a ProArtist order for an international address, call our customer service representatives at 1-888-367-1319.  Please have your user name and password ready, and they will be able to place the order for you.  You will be responsible for any freight and duties to your country.
