WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Pending order verification and payment approval, all orders placed with standard shipping will ship within 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed. Domestic orders placed with expedited shipping will ship within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

I'M ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. HOW DO I CHECK OUT?

To ship outside of the U.S., simply select your country in the shipping details at checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number to confirm your order has shipped. To track the status of your shipment, you can click on the tracking number directly from your email or by logging into your account and selecting order history. From there you will be able to see if the order is awaiting fulfillment or has shipped.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Domestic orders deliver within 5-7 business days.

Please note due to the holiday season there may be an additional 2-3 day delay.

International orders will deliver within 14 business days. Please note depending on your local carrier, some international packages may not have door-to-door tracking, but only be stamped when it reaches their facility.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the total cost of this order. These additional charges will not be covered by Kevyn Aucoin Beauty.

It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@kevynaucoin.com. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection.
